Can the Reverse Mortgage lender take title to my home?

 

No. Absolutely not. You, the borrower, retain title to your home. Your home will remain part of your estate.

 

You are responsible for the payment of property taxes, insurance, utilities, and home maintenance for as long as you live in the home.
